Rockland announces merger with MHD

We are pleased to announce that Rockland Aerospace is merging with MHD International Aviation Parts, effective April 1st 2010. As of this date, the two companies will operate jointly as one.

The new entity, MHD-ROCKLAND brings a combined experience of more than 50 years to aerospace logistics, using its in-stock inventory of more than 275,000 aircraft spares to reduce downtime for fleets around the world.

More details will be posted shortly along with our new branding which will be revealed on April 1st 2010.
